Thirtytwocm is a collective of art practitioners committed to helping individuals rediscover their innate creativity. Through the transformative power of process art, we inspire personal growth, enhance mental well-being, and strengthen communities.
Our work embodies our core values of the 3 C's and 2 M's.
We are driven to connect, co-create, and collaborate with individuals and stakeholders, engaging communities through meaningful and memorable art experiences.
We work alongside corporations, government agencies, grassroots organisations, educational institutions, and community groups to foster well-being, ignite creativity, and build meaningful, lasting connections.

Valerie Ong
CO-FOUNDER & BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Valerie is the driver of the team, unstoppable and always providing opportunities of growth for the company. She is most interested in building relationships in the community and piecing unlikely stakeholders together, especially with her Masters in Tri-sector Collaboration from the Singapore Management University. Her strength in community building and programmes planning is evident in her experience working with various stakeholders- from government agencies (e.g. Ministry of Community, Culture and Youth) to corporates (e.g. Sumitomo Life) and the everyday residents in neighbourhoods (e.g. South Central Community Family Service Centre).
With her working experience of 8 years, she has led teams to run large-scale social innovation festivals and panel discussions to cosy set ups with youths and seniors.
