Keeping the fire alive
Stella was pursuing a culinary career until she decided to return to the family's pottery business in 2013. As skyscrapers start to encroach the jungle around the establishment, Stella and her family have to find ways to keep the business going. Be it educational visits around the dragon kiln, running workshops and selling ceramic wares, Stella works very hard to let people know more about the beauty of traditional pottery and the unexpected creations that can result from high pressure, such as the 1260ºC heat from the dragon kiln.
