About the event
"We are like the little branch that quivers during a storm, doubting our strength and forgetting we are the tree-deeply rooted to withstand all life’s upheavals."  - Dodinsky
Winter is one of the beautiful seasons created by Mother Nature. A pink-hued winter sky brings warmth to a lone tree. The beautiful sunset allows time for quiet reflection and tranquil moments of peace. Despite the lack of leaves, bare trees add beauty to winter - you can see the true shape of a tree without the distraction of its leaves. Trees in winter inspire us to live and embrace our authentic self without any covering. We can always look inwards in appreciation of our authentic selves. The branches that looked like long fingers pointing toward the sky inspire us to look upwards in wonder. Trees have weathered through storms and different seasons for years, and they still stand tall. It inspires us to find strength and grounding in the face of great challenges.Â
This artwork is inspired by Donna Eaton Photography.
