Traditional Hainanese coffee or familiarly known to most as Nanyang coffee is inherent in Singapore's coffee-drinking culture. Many of us can't start our day without it. Benjamin is one as such. He started roasting his own blend of Nanyang coffee in 2017, using sugar and butter to caramelise the coffee beans to produce his uniquely comforting blend, while keeping traditions checked.
